The item I want is out of stock. What now?
At Junomojo we try to ensure that our stock levels are sufficient to meet demand, however occasionally some popular items sell fast requiring us to restock the product. If this happens to you, please feel free to email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to notify you when the product is next available for online purchase.
How do I return or exchange a product?
We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage.
We also undertake to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within Thirty (30) days of purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any postage and handling charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
Can I change my delivery address after the order has been placed?

Can I place an item on hold or layby?
Currently, we do not have an option to layby.
Do you place items on back order?
We don’t currently place items on back order, however, you are welcome to contact at email@example.com and we will be happy to notify you when the product is next available for online purchase.

How long will my delivery take?
Standard Delivery – 7-10 business days between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday when items are shipped by PWS.
Express Delivery - Before 10pm Monday to Thursday when items are shipped by PWS.
